This document outlines the collection, use, and deletion of your personal data. By using the Lime Street app, apps or application, you consent to the data practices described herein.
1. Information Collected
1.1 We may collect personally identifiable information which you knowingly provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used specifically to communicate and conduct business through the mail or internet, and to assist us in better meeting the needs of our customers.
1.2 Non-personal Information about your computer hardware and software may also be automatically collected by us. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring application addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Lime Street application.
1.3 We encourage you to review the privacy statements of applications you choose to link to from our so that you can understand how those applications collect, use and share your information. Lime Street is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on applications outside of the Lime Street application.
2. Use of your Personal Information
2.1 We collect and use your personal information to deliver the services you have requested.
2.2 We may also use your personally identifiable information, for example, to:
i. inform you of other products or services available from us and our affiliates; or,
ii. contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
2.3 We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. we may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. We may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, or provide customer supports. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Lime Street, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
2.4 We may keep track of the applications and pages our users visit within Lime Street application, in order to determine what Lime Street services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Lime Street to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
2.5 We will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Lime Street; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Lime Street; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Lime Street, or the public.
3.1 The Lime Street application may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
3.2 One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Lime Street pages, or register with Lime Street site or services, a cookie helps Lime Street to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. When you return to the same Lime Street application, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Lime Street features that you customized.
3.3 You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Lime Street services or applications you visit.
4. Children Under Thirteen
Lime Street does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.

6.0 CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018)
Under the CCPA, a California resident has the right to direct a business that sells the resident’s personal information, to not sell that information to third parties. Additional information may be found at:

Under the GDPR, a natural person who is a resident of the European Union (data subject),may withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data where the data subject has withdrawn their consent and there is no other legal ground for processing.

i. a copy of personal information collected by Lime Street, or,
ii that your personal information (and account) be deleted.
